One of the market leaders in M&E services with 6 offices across the UK, the Northern branch of this office has a growing workload, much of which comes from repeat business from key clients. Current and future projects are based across Yorkshire and are likely to include commercial and PFI projects.
The successfull candidate will have the overall responsibility of managing the mechanical and electrical elements of the contract, from input on the design process through to final completion.
You will be responsible for maintaining a schedule, ensuring all targets are met successfully and within budget, by managing your team, as well conversing with other clients and contractors to achieve a common goal.
